STROKE PERFORMANCE
SPEED
Like all Defensive (DEF) table tennis blades, Karma is definitely not made for speed. It is comprised of 5 soft and medium-soft layers of wood strategically layered in order to increase its defensive capabilities. Because of this, players will not be able to produce the same amount of speed that harder woods or carbon layers can generate. That being said, if you are at a Beginner or Beginner+ level, this will have more than enough pace for you to get a feel for the game of table tennis.
CONTROL
Simply put, Karma has incredible control. Our testing team had no problem placing the ball precisely where they needed it to be on the table. Karma really shines when it comes to defensive blocking both close and far from the table. Because of Karma's soft wood composition, it has astounding control for chop blocks specifically. Whether it is deep corner topspin or short spinny pushes, any player from Beginning to Advanced will fall in love with how this blade controls the ball.
TOUCH
Karma was specifically engineered for touch. The soft woods used in this blade increase the balls dwell time on the blade and resulted in magnificent touch. And not just great touch on defensive strikes. Players will have great feel on chops, pushes, topspin, loops, and more!
CONSISTENCY
Much like Karma's control and touch, this table tennis blade is extremely consistent. Our testing team was able to duplicate the placement of their shots time and time again with this blade. Because of its extremely high consistency, this blade is perfect for defensive minded players as well as beginners who are working on their shot placement.
